Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wallmily, we want you to love your wall clock. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery for most items, whether defective or non-defective. This policy applies to purchases made on wallmily.store and complies with U.S. consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center requirements.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, including all tags, manuals, and receipts.

  • Please include your order number when submitting your return request.


Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized clocks, final sale items, digital downloads, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened software or intimate items are not returnable.

  • Holiday purchases may have an extended return window, which will be noted during checkout.


Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact us at support@wallmily.store or visit our Returns Portal.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective.

  3. Ship the Item: Print your return label. Unless the product is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

All return requests will be processed within 1 business days as required by Google Merchant Center.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned clock, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • Taxes: Any applicable sales tax paid on your original order will also be refunded. If a partial refund applies, the corresponding sales tax will be included.

  • Deductions: Return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees (up to 10%) may be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or wrong items.


Shipping and Fees

  • Customers pay for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item—in that case, we cover return shipping.

  • A restocking fee (10%) may apply for non-defective returns.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your wall clock arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide free return shipping and a replacement or full refund. Photos may be required for claim verification.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different color or size within 30 days. Exchanges follow the same process as returns and may require additional shipping time.


Taxes

Any applicable sales tax paid at purchase will be refunded along with your returned item. If a partial refund applies, the corresponding portion of tax will also be refunded.
